It’s an interesting point that you’ve brought up about the distinction between philosophy and science as I’ve very recently written a piece about this idea.

Essentially, I think you’re exactly right. The evolution of philosophy has brought us to the age where philosophy is about changing the narrative, asking new questions, asking the right questions, and exploring new perspectives.

We then give these analyses to science for finding us some answers. A goal of mine in life is to reconnect the sciences with philosophy as they must work alongside each other once again. Both need to step down from their ivory towers of arrogance.
